‘Educate a woman, educate a generation.’ India is preveiledged to have the world's largest number of professionally qualified women. But the biggest irony is that in India women are yet to ensure a life with dignity for the majority. India prides in having more women as doctors, surgeons, scientists and professors than the any other country has. India feels proud on its daughters Sania Mirza,Saina Nehwal, Kalpana Chawala, Kiran Bedi,P T Usha, Chandra Kochar, Indra Nooyi, Kiran Majumdar Shaw,Sushmita Sen to named a few . But the actual position of the society is that, woman is facing discrimination at every sphere, be it work place or home. It begins when she comes to womb, she faces female foeticides, if she is lucky enough to survive, then at home she has to face gender based discrimination, if here also she coped up then sexual harassments, rapes and dowry related tortures.. all this ends with the end of her life. All this gender-based discrimination and societal behavior leads to physical and psychological harassments & emotional violence which many a times she cannot even express.

Where in A Woman is the center of the society. She is the one who has the capacity to run a home & run a country with equal ease and expertise. So In order to make the women realize their inner strength and importance in the society, SUFAL has Aadi-Shakti wing. This wings job is to illuminate lives of women with Power, Pride, self respect and Dignity!

Aadi -Shakti is a wing of SUFAL created to enable women to realize their full potential in every sphere of life. This wing brings programs which helps women to enhance their skills and to provide information to them which is relevant to make them realize their self-esteem. It encourages women to live with dignity, be aware about their rights, defend themselves and escape from violence.

Men n women are two wheels which are equally important for the healthy development of the society. So for the real women empowerment in the society men has to be a part of this whole process . So Aadi–Shakti urges men to bring due dignity of the women by playing their role more responsibly be it a father, a brother,a husband ,a friend or son etc.

During Mohan Jodaro and Hadappa civilization women were very strong and were the pivotal part of the society. They were practically also was the way it is described in the Veda’s and ancient literature. So Aim of Aadi-Shakti is to re-eshblish the same importance, respect and dignity for the women in the society.
