At SUFAL it is believed that Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life, because it does not only empower individuals to earn their livelihood but it also increases one's awareness on various issues like healthcare, appropriate social behavior ,one’s duties and rights etc. and which helps to evolve them as a better citizen. Education is the most effective tool which helps children build a strong foundation; enabling them to free themselves from the vicious cycle of ignorance, poverty and disease.

SUFAL realised that to achieve Education for Children the family is the root. The aim of education in the family cannot be reliased fully unless the mother is assured of health care and empowerment.

Moreover, when an elder sibling is educated and relevantly skilled to be employable and begins earning, the journey of empowerment continues beyond the present generation.
